Consortium
MERCURY unites seven academic and seven non-academic institutions from six countries for a period of three years. Also, the project is supported by three individual experts from Germany and Finland.
The members of the consortium are four Russian, three Ukrainian, two Moldavian partners and four European partners from Germany, Spain and Poland.
